Terms and Conditions

All units are privately owned vacation homes. We encourage you to enjoy your
stay but we ask that you treat them with respect, the premises and the contents.
Minimum stay of 2 days is required for any reservation. Owners reserve the right
to refuse or evict clients if units are found to be occupied by more clients that
agreed to by owners in advance.
Excessive noise at any time or inappropriate noise after 11:00 PM is cause for eviction.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment may be made by:
- Certified check or money order
- Interac email money transfer
- Paypal
- Visa or MasterCard
All funds quoted are in Canadian dollars unless other wise stated.
Please note: All payments by Paypal and visa/ mastercard are subject to a 3% service charge.
Service charge may change without notice.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit of 50% of the stay is due upon booking.
- Balance will be taken 30 days before arrival.
- Balance will be taken 45 days before arrival during Christmas, New years, Presidentās week and all school and college February and March break reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No refund 30 days or less prior to check-in date.
- 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus $100 administration fee.
- No refund during Christmas, New Years and Presidentās week
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Please note that there are no reimbursements for late arrivals, early departures or other services otherwise missed.

PETS:
Some of our units are pet friendly. Please make sure you request a pet friendly accommodation.

LOST KEYS:
The following charges will apply.
Keys or magnetic cards lost or not returned - $35.00.
Any lock out that requires our direct or on site intervention - $75.00.
Locksmith visit: $175.00.
Parking passes not left in the unit: $35.00 for each pass.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The credit card number serves as a guarantee against any damage caused by the client during his stay.

LONG DISTANCE:
Long Distance calls should be charged to the party you are calling or to your
calling card. If there are charges on the phone in the unit they will be
automatically billed to the renterās credit card along with proof of charges.

HOUSEKEEPING:
The housekeeping is done before and after your stay and is included in your rate. There is no daily housekeeping. Should you wish to receive housekeeping during your stay, it will be incurred at your own cost.
All private condominiums and private chalets are supplied with fresh towels, linen and basic toiletries. Kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, dishware, coffee maker and appliances and are to be maintained by the guest.

FIREPLACE:
In conjunction with our growing concern for the environment, some properties offer gas fireplaces. Clean burning artificial logs instead of natural firewood are provided at other properties during the winter season. Artificial logs are complimentary at one logs per stay (from November 1st to May 15th) in units with wood burning fireplaces.

SMOKING POLICY:
ALL units are non-smoking
|
PARKING:
There is space for one car per unit. Additional vehicles will be able to park in visitors' parking.

INTERNET:
There is an internet connection in the condos. The internet works with a LAN connection cable plugged into your own laptop computer.
The internet cable and laptop computer are not provided.

Please note that we are not responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, telephone, water, cable or internet services.
Limit of liability: Star Condo Villa acts as an agent for property owners and property managers and accepts no liability on their behalf. Star Condo Villa reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion if the reserved property becomes unavailable. Prior notification may not be possible.
